Nonton Movie21 (Movie Review)

Nonton Movie21 is a fast paced movie. It's an action-based comedy with some adventure sequences. It also contains some psychological and philosophical undertones, which may be too disturbing for some viewers. The movie itself is a co-production between Annapurna Pictures, Takashi Miike and director David Fincher.

The movie takes place in 1993 Tokyo during the Summer Olympics, where many Japanese businessmen are there to participate in the games. While there, many of them meet the mysterious "The Reaper" and become convinced that he can help their company. They help him kill a bunch of innocent people including children.

Nonton Movie21 also stars Koji Yusa, Takumi Matsumoto, Hiromi Igarashi, Haruo Sasaki, Tetsuo Iwasaki, Mitsue Ninomiya, Tomokazu Sugita, and more. The cast is made up of mostly unknowns but all have outstanding performances. This is a must see if you are looking for a quick action flick.

As an action comedy, the movie Nonton Movie21 follows its story very closely with a limited number of dialogues. That means that this film is perfect for those who don't like the frequent and often grating monologues found in many movies. If you are not interested in a story telling, then this might not be the movie for you.
Also, the movie has a lot of character development that will really push you to think about what kind of person the characters are. And while the characters are action orientated, there is no doubt that they are drawn very well with believable facial expressions and body language.

This movie is reminiscent of similar movies like Battleship, Rambo, Predator, etc., in terms of style and visual effects. The movie is also reminiscent of many action films of the 1990s, which had a lot of gore, constant action scenes and maybe even a bit of drama thrown in. Nonton Movie21 actually represents the best of what a kid could expect from those films, which makes it even more enjoyable to watch.

Although this movie may sound a bit corny at first, it actually is a fairly good action movie. Many kids, especially younger ones, might be turned off by the rather extreme violence but those who are not might find the movie to be a good watch. Since the violence is very minimal, the rest of the movie looks very good and most parts are very colorful and fun to watch.

David Fincher has done a great job directing and producing this movie. You may not like it because you might have some visceral reaction to the violence but if you have some kind of dark-sensitive mood or an affinity for action, then this is a great movie for you. The movie actually opens and closes with relatively low level action scenes and gives more emphasis to the humor and the overall fun that the movie provides.
