following the rules specified by the poker room. When a player collects a
specific card from the pot, that player must declare that card to be his or her
final card and may not play any other cards in his or her hand until that card

flipping over the card, then revealing it to all players. If a player has no
cards left in his or her hand and Declares a win, he or she will be stripped of
all points and loses the game.
